It's fine. Nothing fancy. Great price though. Great pool and sauna. Perfect t place if you're only using your room for sleeping. Ask for tha Camelback side to get a nice view from your balcony.

Not nearly as bad as the reviews make it out to be. If you’re expecting anything above a normal motel lower your expectations. Stayed a night after skiing Camelback. Room was clean and service was fine. Would stay again.

We stayed here in September. The price for the rooms was great. We were checked in by Iyesha and wanted to say how wonderful she was. She was very welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of. The lower priced rooms compared to surrounding places to stay made it appealing. We were happy with our stay and would stay here again. We utilized the pool, sauna, and fire pit on the back deck. All of these being included for the lower price made it worth the stay.

The place is a little bit run down cuz I'm sure it's older but it could not have been in a better spot. The people were awesome and everything was clean so I don't have any complaints. I really enjoyed my stay here. Shout out to the bartenders. Oh and they're dog friendly. We'll be back.

We stayed here and enjoyed our visit. The negative reviews for this place are a little harsh. The room was clean. And you can't beat the proximity to camelback. It was a breeze coming back to this hotel after night tubing compared to some houses that we stayed at where its difficult to get back to at night. The restaurant is great too. Lots of food options are available. It was open for breakfast daily which came in handy before heading to the mountain for skiing. The only issue was the wifi. It was very slow. If you are coming here with your laptop to sign into work for an hour or two, then it's not the best. We were able to use our phone data though while staying here. The rooms are old but not dilapidated. We enjoyed the view of the mountain. We stayed in the second floor. We don't like elevators in general and usually take the stairs - so a slow elevator wasn't really an issue for us. We didn't mind that the TV had no streaming services. That's an easy fix on our phones. I can't comment on the workout room nor the pool since I didn't use those amenities.

This hotel is conveniently near camelback. And for what it is is great. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Yes in most areas, the hotel needs some upgrading and the rooms are a little dated. But it didnt matter much. We are there for the Poconos not the hotel

Cool but a bit dated and when I called ahead of time to confirm my stay the receptionist did not explain or offer any foresight information about my stay or opinions of the different rooms, so I didn’t know or get the mountain side view or balcony rooms. And after I got there and notice it was a Mountain View side with balconies it was too late because all they had was one and it only had beds in it, no living room area and it had three separate beds, which I didn’t want or need because it was only me and one other person staying. Basically I consider that not good customer service. Looking back on my phone conversation with the receptionist, after she confirmed my reservation it was a long pause, I’m figuring “NOW” I was supposed to request the type of room I wanted but at that point I was an unseasoned vacationer so lesson learned until next time.

I have stayed 2 night on 2 separate weekends. The employees are nice and I got my room set up very quickly. The proximity to camelback was AMAZING, I will say this is a very very old hotel. If you are looking to just spend the night and leave this is the spot but if you want all the amenities this isn’t the place. Overall, I would recommend staying and would return back.
